The Executive Assistant Role requires you to provide support to the CEO & CCO with the day to day operations of the various companies and personal matters.
You will be required to provide support in a variety of activities, tasks and objectives. Some which can be carried out remotely, others which will require you to be in the office or onsite and occasionally require you to travel within the US and internationally.
You will communicate with partners, suppliers and staff directly on the executive behalf actioning activities and reporting back on their status or completion.
You will on occasion be required to step into roles within the various companies for short periods of time due to staff absence or workloads. You may also on occasion be required to attend events on behalf of and representing the executive.

Salary: $20/per hour (Part Time)
