New ‘Unban Center’ for clients

Occasionally our drive to ensure your websites are kept as secure as possible can sometimes conflict with users own usage resulting in their IP addresses being blocked.
Previously we provided a facility for clients to remove their own IP addresses, but this function was incompatible with our recent billing system upgrade. We are now pleased to confirm the introduction of the ‘Unban Center’ this facility is located within the Services section of the client area on the left hand menu.
Removing your IP using this facility will white list the IP address on the firewall and DOS protection.
